Problem

Veronica Grace Thorson was an exceptional graduate student at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, San Diego who succumbed to an eating disorder illness in December, 2019 that she battled since her early years. Through her relentless work ethic, persistent determination and drive to achieve excellence, Veronica would not allow her disease to define her. She graduated magna cum laude from Pepperdine University while earning a number of academic scholarships along the way. Though her achievements are notable, they are surpassed by the personal qualities that she exhibited supporting and comforting others, motivating them to succeed along with her compassion that made others feel special and heard

Anne and Greg Thorson, Veronica's loving parents, are honoring her beautiful legacy with a gift to The Chicago School of Professional Psychology that will provide students with scholarships to assist with the costs of tuition. We are grateful to have had the privilege of helping educate Veronica and supporting her ambitions to serve others.
