1) I have to find the total yield of protein (rGFP) given estimated purity (in %) and amount of proteins. I have the purity of the protein and the amount of protein, so how do I find the total yeild from these values.

2) The expression and purification of rGFP started with the growth of the bacterial culture and ended with elution of rGFP off the Ni+2 agarose coloumn. Describe one change to this process that you predict would result in an increase of the total yield of rGFP.
