For this assignment, develop a definition of sustainability (or sustainability vision) for your chosen organization and which is the Mission thrift store in Cranbrook (Canada). This will be easier to do if you can place it in context, so consider the values, operational parameters, and any unique features of Mission thrift store and develop your definition accordingly. You will have to summarize this briefly in your assignment. Think of it like a Sustainability Mission Statement.

Before you compose the definition identify several (minimum of 3) values that underpin the definition you develop. Explain how the underlying values are reflected in your definition and how your statement will lead to congruent goals for the organization. You will need to consider the perspectives of managers, owners, creditors, employees, customers and the community in which your organization operates. Make sure your values reflect the pillars of sustainability (People, Planet, Profit). You may want to list one value for each pillar.
