Question - Zeta, Inc. is a rapidly growing business offering cash and payment processing for government transactions. These can include payment of fines and fees as well as sales and property taxes. Zeta's efficient business model and innovative technology has allowed it to quickly gain market share and make profits. Zeta's executives have recently completed a strategic update and are strongly considering taking the firm public. There is high interest from outside investors and a public offering is viewed as the desirable route to raise capital and continue growing the firm. Zeta is also attracting high interest in its service offerings from governments around the world. This exciting demand has made the executives at Zeta optimistic about the firm's growth prospects, but they are concerned about their overall management oversight system's ability to deal with the complexities of a growing firm.

Required - With the goal of going public soon, Zeta's executives realize they need to upgrade their internal controls. The COSO's internal control framework has been adopted as their guide. Describe the five major components of COSO's Internal Control-Integrated Framework.
