Assignment:

You have been appointed by the executive leadership of the Lakeland Medical Clinic head of the Diversity Project in the clinic to assemble a Diversity Committee to address the issue of diversity relating to a complaint raised by employees of the medical clinic and neighborhood residents who are predominantly Haitian about their culture, values, identity, and lifestyle not being respected in the clinic.

Please write a professional response about the leadership skills you will use in piloting the affairs of the Diversity project as follows as follows:

(1) Identify the qualities of a successful leader who is your Model and compare them to your own leadership characteristics.

(2) Make recommendations on how to lead and foster teamwork.
