Situation

You are part of a special team at a bank. The team includes engineers, programmers, designers, decorators, architects, and other technicians and technologists.

The team was formed after your manager, John McLean, was sent this video:

The bank wants to honour the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (UNSDG) 10, which is to reduce inequality. Therefore, it created a task force to examine accessibility and equity issues relating to its technology.

You have been tasked with submitting a short report that examines the bank's automated teller machines (ATMs). It will also discuss artificial intelligence (AI) software as the bank is considering incorporating more AI into its systems. Your team should consider the video, think critically, and complete research to complete the report.

The team has a partnership with Humber College and you have access to their resources. At least one source referred to in the report must come from the Humber Library databases.

John McLean has indicated in the section below what he expects in the report.

Report Content

Introduction
a) Indicate the report purpose
b) List the group members
c) Describe the responsibilities of each member and how work was completed

ATM Issues
Consider the video and complete these tasks:
a) Indicate the source and briefly explain the situation in the video

AI Issues

Research and complete these tasks:

Conclusions
Brainstorm and/or research to complete these tasks:

- use full block format (align paragraphs on the left margin)
- Complete the tasks using full sentences (or introduce bullets and use parallelism)
- Follow APA guidelines
