Last week, we learned more about the importance of listening. This week, I want you to try to incorporate active listening skills into your daily life to see how well you actually listen. Pick a conversation with a family member, friend or colleague. Although listening in interpersonal communication is a bit different than listening to a speech, there are lots of similarities and the book gives you tips to try. Be sure to record what you observed.
