Per his family, Ian believes he is Super Man and is here on Earth to save everyone. Additionally, he thinks the CIA communicates with him daily via the television. In your initial interaction with Ian, you note that he does not have appropriate physical emotional responses, such as smiling, and that the conversation jumps from topic to topic. The front desk clerk noted that Ian had to wait outside as he became noticeably disturbed sitting with other people in the waiting room. Today, Ian is being seen in clinic for selection of maintenance therapy post discharge from the hospital.
