Rationale: One of the key functions of the supervisor/leader is to train employees. Much of this training will be done in an "on-the- job training" environment. We must be prepared to become just-in-time trainers, to create a learning environment, and leverage our time with employees to improve service, customer responsiveness and profitability. To be successful we need a good understanding of what good training looks like.
