My name is Jamel Williams and currently I am employed Lauren Department of social service. My current title is a supervisor over the foster care unit. In this role, I assist families and individuals with obtaining the necessities to sustain a normal well-being. I provide behavioral aide services (schools, communities etc.), supervision with parents, and educational assistance.

The intern site that I chose is the Second chance emergency placement (SCEP) which is a group home that house up to 7 boys between the ages of 11-18.
