She also has a gastroesophageal reflux disease, hypertension and stress incontinence. She currently Akers the following medications: omeprazole 20 mg before breakfast captopril 0 mg PO BID, furosemide 2o m PO daily.Today she tells the nursing assistant she has a lot of pain when she urinates. The charge nurse completes a physical exam and notifies her provider of the exam findings and patient's urination. A urinalysis is ordered.
