In Milestone One, you provided an overview of your selected agency in terms of its budget and funding through an introduction. You reviewed how they impacted the culture of the agency. You also justified implementation of your plan using your description of the budget and funding. In Milestone Two, you further developed the workforce structure, which directly impacts an organization's budget and funding. For this milestone, you will submit a draft of Section III (Budget and Funding) using the sample strategic plan and taking into account the information provided in Milestones One and Two as it relates to the budget and funding. This draft should be as detailed as possible in order to allow the instructor to provide significant feedback. Integrate the following elements into the draft of this section:
1. Based on the relationship between the agency's budget and the delivery of services, explain the need for maintaining a budget based on ethical standards in human services. Provide examples of ethical decisions that will improve the agency's service to the community.
