Spend Analysis: You are employed as a Supply Chain Manager at the Walt Disney World amusement park in Orlando, Florida. You were recently assigned as Team Leader to analyze the 2017 supply chain expenses and to make recommendations regarding potential supplier cost savings opportunities and regarding which key suppliers that we might pursue a supplier business relationship savings opportunities. You are tasked to form the team and then to obtain a Spend Analysis from the Accounting Department. Next week your project team will meet to interpret the data results of the analysis and to develop an action plan with the supplier base.
