Give examples of training methods and what factors you would consider. Given the time we are in, Web-Based training seems to have become very popular. The ability to provide training on line has allowed companies to train and onboard new employees while still social distancing. While this may seem like a great way of training there are still downfalls to this. The personal aspect has been extinguished in some places, such as companies like the one I work for. Describe how the employees training and development of HRM will influence the performance of an organization. Training and development is a major factor in the success of any company. It is important to prepare an employee for their job so that they can perform at the company's expectations. Employees who feel unprepared can become frustrated causing a drop in productivity and quality of work.
