Scenario: You are the team lead for a project that is running a little behind and your team consists of four people: Joe, Mary, and Ned. You get a phone call from Joe’s wife saying that he had a heart attack over the Thanksgiving holiday and will be out of work for the next six weeks. Your project is due on December 18 right before the Christmas holidays. But Joe won’t be back to help you complete the project. What do you do?

The first paragraph is to pick two different strengths from our strength finders discussions and give those strengths-one to Mary and one to Ned.

Now you are in a meeting with Mary and Ned and you fill them in on what is going on with Joe. You have to decide how you are going to solve this problem and get the project done in the four weeks you have left until Dec 18.
