Felix is the school bus driver. He is driving children home from school one day, when he is distracted by fight in back of the bus. He turns to see what is occurring behind him, and accidentally strikes and kills two twins riding bicycles in bike lane. One twin is brain surgeon, and te other is garbage collector. Each has dependents. Describe how damages will be computed for each victim, and why families will gather different amounts. Is this fair system? Explain why or why not?
