You need to construct an RC circut with a time constant of .25s and you are given a selection of 1, 10, 100, and 1000Ohms resistors and a selection of 1, 10, 100, and 1000 micro Faradays Capacitors. Keep the circut as simple as possible and describe how the circut should be built labeling each component, or if you can draw it out labeling each component
