For the narrative assignment you will be writing three separate paragraphs. In the first paragraph, provide the reader with some context regarding a college/university student from a certain minority group or a student with a specific learning challenge or condition of your choice. Think of and research important historical moments, triumphs and successes, but also struggles and helpful coping mechanisms etc. 

In your second paragraph, describe a full day in the life of your college student from the time that they wake up, to the time they go to sleep. In a narrative, the writer must detail what the person is thinking, seeing, saying, feeling etc. Paint a vivid picture for the reader, and be as specific as possible. Questions to help form this paragraph (your narrative): What is their day like? What goes well? What do they struggle with? Who do they interact with? Where do they go? What do they do? How are they feeling? Ex: relaxed, stressed etc. (this can change throughout the day). 

In a third paragraph, reflect on what you've learned while researching your chosen minority group/student. What was your view prior to completing your research? After? What did you learn? Include one citation in this paragraph from a different source than the one used in your first paragrap. Don't forget to include a separate reference page for your two sources.
