The Maslow's in the Workplace infographics describe five layers of motivation (by name) that can be applied to formal education and the workplace, among other systems. Discuss two related experiences, applying the two correct labels (i.e., the names of the layers/headers you plan on speaking to) and identifying the characteristics as related to the education/job experience and hierarchy. Be sure you choose two different levels of engagement to discuss between your two distinct examples.

For those students that this applies to: I understand that some students may have limited or similar job experiences/history to use as reference material, and that some students may have no formal work history for various reasons (like parents/caregivers with fulltime responsibilities to the home and family, Dual Credit students that are minors, etc.). As long as you can address qualities from the two hierarchy layers you speak to, while applying them to the educational/career situation, it is attending to the question. Even if you want to address a potential or future job/school experience in theory, while still integrating the qualities from the layer you select, that is satisfactory. Similarly, you could choose to retroactively identify a past educational experience/chapter/grade level.
