Remember you have a lot of possible dynamic and articulation choices:

Forte; mezzo-forte; piano; crescendo, decrescendo, staccato, legato, accent, forte-piano. Describe 5 instances where you hear these dynamic and articulations devices being performed. You must use at least 3 different dynamic/articulation choices. You have to include the specific time location i.e. 0:00-0:00. You can have overlapping dynamics with articulation markings if you like. For example, you might hear a passage that sounds piano and is also legato (that would count as 2 instances).
