For this assignment, you will prepare a PowerPoint presentation about employee involvement policies (e.g., employee suggestion schemes) using the required resources for this week and other external resources that you may see appropriate.

Assume you are an HR consultant for a computer parts manufacturer. The company is planning to introduce some employee involvement schemes in its headquarters in downtown Los Angeles. This is in response to employee turnover and product defects, which have increased over the past few years.

Develop a PowerPoint presentation that addresses the following:

• Introduce the benefits of participative leadership.

• Select one of the following employee involvement schemes and describe it in detail, including its benefits to both employees and the company:
