Discussion Post: Leadership & Organization

(Under this directions I have attached 4 presentations on each one of the 4 approaches to leadership)

Briefly describe each of the 4 approaches to leadership we have learned (i.e. trait, skills, behavioral and situational). Then, based on the case and TWO additional newspaper or business magazine articles about Elon Musk which cannot be older than 3 months, and which you need to reference in your post select one of these four leadership approaches to discuss and describe Elon Musk's leadership style.

Note: There is no right or wrong leadership approach to select for this assignment, but what is key is how you use the approach you select to discuss Elon Musk's leadership style (while you can, you may not necessarily want to opt for the obvious trait approach). Explicitly refer to case facts as well as information published in each of the two additional newspaper or business magazine articles (to which you should explicitly refer in your discussion) to illustrate your discussion, and conclude whether Elon Musk has a successful or unsuccessful leadership style based on the approach you selected. Lastly, if you were to design a leadership training program based on the approach you used to describe Elon Musk's leadership style, in one well-crafted paragraph, mention a brief story of Elon Musk and his leadership style (based on the case and/or the two additional articles) to communicate an anecdote for either a successful or unsuccessful leadership lesson (depending on your earlier conclusion of whether Elon Musk has a successful or unsuccessful leadership style.
