Case Study: 20 year old male presents to your clinic with concerns of anxiety when out in public where large numbers of people may be present. He typically stays home most of the time. Past diagnosis includes social anxiety disorder. He does not currently have a therapist. He missed several appointments due to fears of leaving his house so he is in need of a new therapist. He is currently taking sertraline 200 mg by mouth daily. He has been on this medication for about 9 months. He reports he did have some response with this medication but feels like it has diminished over the last few months. Before this, he tried citalopram but it was not effective.

Questions:
