There are a number of ways to showcase performance-based artifacts that I think could be helpful.

If you've created a website, you can post the HTML and CSS codes and almost any browser can open those. You could also put your website onto a free hosting platform and provide a URL.

For something like network architecture, you could create network maps in a network simulation program and showcase how traffic travels through the network through tools like ICMP-pings and switch configuration screenshots or video.

Creating a slideshow or video demonstration for how your artifact works would also be useful, especially for things like program scripts.

Overall, I think it can be tough to showcase performace-based artifacts over an online portfolio. I totally understand the need to do so, but it's certainly a challenge.
