Design either a survey (quantitative - using a Likert Scale type instrument which has investigators ask questions in a way that has participants rate responses in terms of how much the agree or disagree with a statement), or a questionnaire (qualitative - which asks open-ended questions beginning with WHAT, HOW, or WHY gaining narrative answers to gain information from participants) to be used to determine job satisfaction within a worksite. Be sure not to ask questions that might suggest a certain positive or negative response, and be sure to design your instrument so as not to create fear in answering the questions.
