1. Describe and explain adult learning principles. Give one example that would be used in a training session that demonstrates one or more of these principles.
2. Explain the difference between a training and non-training issue (1 point). Distinguish the difference by providing one example for each and explain a barrier to effective performance for each of the following: a training issue (2 points) and a non-training issue.
An example could be - lack of motivation - an example of that is that the person is about to retire. - be sure to identify is this a training issue or non-training issue you need one of each.
3. Please list the 3 components of a well written learning outcome(1.5 points). Please provide a specific example of a well written learning outcome for a workshop on a. b. or c.
a. how to paint a bedroom wall
b. how to cook a pizza/turkey dinner or cake
c. how to .... (create your own example) and
identify and explain the components of your learning outcome.

4. Describe and explain what is Mager and Pipe's Performance Analysis Flow chart.
Is this an organizational analysis or person analysis?
Give an example of a performance problem (i.e. employee lateness could be one please provide another example) and what are 2 or 3 steps you might use to demonstrate how this example problem would be initially assessed and addressed using this model? (2 points) - this is you explaining your example using Mager and Pipe's performance flow chart
5. What is Bloom's taxonomy (2 points)? Define it and explain it as if you were teaching it to someone that has not heard of it before. Give an example of where it is used and how a Training and development specialist might use it?(2 points) Why is it important?
