Question 4) Examine the factors which shape ethical behaviour, and elaborate on the rationalisations which may be relied upon by employees to justify unethical conduct. Discuss four strategies the social care manager can rely upon when attempting to maintain high ethical standards in their organisation.
Question 5) Elaborate on the Hersey-Blanchard Situational Leadership Model, and consider its relevance for leadership in social care settings.
