As part of your duties, you are required to change the sheets every time one of your patients is switched from one bed to another. Clean sheets are obtained from a linen cart which is right next to a spot where patients are placed while in recovery. There is only a two foot space between the cart and a patient's bed and most times the patient is being disturbed, bed being bumped, by the people obtaining items from the linen cart. Sometimes a patient may be there for anywhere from two hours up until nine hours which could mean people may be coming for fresh linens every ten minutes depending on.
