Her family dynamic consists of an older brother, OD, 21; an older sister CH, 18; a sister, AA, 16; a sister, ML, who's 15; NG, my client, who is 13; a younger brother, EM who is 11; and the last child who is a younger sister SH that is 7. NG resides with her mom and all of her siblings. NG and her siblings do not keep in contact with their dad except the youngest. The family lives in a poor urban neighborhood where she feels unsafe and not allowed to play in the park. NG's mom does not work because she suffers from a chronic illness. The family has a history with ACS. Numerous anonymous calls have been made to ACS to report neglect and abuse.
