People in organizations do not always behave the way we think they should or will. The ability to understand human behavior within organizational settings is a valuable skill, especially if you are in a leadership position.

Describe an incident from a past or current job where you would like to better understand how the organizational culture influenced your employee behavior.

What was the situation and what happened? How did the organizational culture impact the behavior of the individuals, groups, and those in leadership positions? From a leadership perspective, what would you have needed to understand to handle that situation?
