Question: Developing Your Project Framework

The overall purpose of this assignment is to describe a theoretical framework or model you are considering for your DNP project and apply it to the clinical question or problem (the one framed in your previous DNP courses or a new one you would like to address), connecting its relevance to nursing practice. Each step in this course and program is designed to prepare you for your final DNP project.

For this assignment, write a paper that includes the following:

• Introduction to the proposed project.

• Identification of the clinical question or problem.

• Significance of the question/problem: Include discussion of at least two background studies related to the topic, state the PICOT question, and explain how the question is relevant to nursing practice.

• Theoretical framework or model: Include at least three scholarly resources that support your choice of the framework or model.

Writing Requirements

• Written communication: It should be free of errors that detract from the overall message.

• APA formatting: Resources and citations are formatted according to APA style and formatting.

• Minimum number of resources: Work should be supported with at least five scholarly resources.

• Length of paper: 7-10 typed, double-spaced pages, not including title page and references.

• Font and font size: Times New Roman, 12-point.
