Question: Describe a situation you are or have been involved with regarding one of the leadership strategies or theories mentioned in this module (strategic, collaborative, transformational). Describe how the leader(s) involved were either effective or not effective in their approach. Which characteristics of the strategy did he/she/they exhibit and which did they perhaps not exhibit? How did this impact the situation? This could be in relation to yourself as a leader, or, in regard to a situation you were involved with at your current or a prior organization. In your post, you should briefly describe the situation, the leadership style/strategy you are discussing, and its characteristics, as well as the overall outcome, and how strategy impacted this.
