Conflict styles (Module 5) can be seen as forms of power as all of the styles in both conflict styles models help us get what we want. Discuss how the relational model of power contributes to understanding the styles as forms of power. In answering this question use only one of the two styles models: Thomas-Kilman or the intercultural styles model.
