I recently hired you as my new Human Resources Director. One of my employer branding messages is that I want high performers from diverse backgrounds on our team. Your priority is to increase the participation and success of diverse candidates in our recruitment and selection process but also to engage and retain them as employees.

Q1. Describe a recruitment strategy to increase the candidate pool of Diverse and different Races of candidates in Canada. Your strategy should specifically relate to that "Race" protected group. Avoid generalities.
