Question: Define conditioned reinforcement and describe a real-world situation where you have encountered or used conditioned reinforcement to change a behavior. Find (or create!) a short video that demonstrates someone shaping another organism's behavior. Explain what was being shaped and how differential reinforcement was used. Setting goals and self-monitoring behavior is an important aspect of ABA. For this post, you are going to start your own self-monitoring procedure. Define a behavior that you want to change and describe the shaping procedure you would use to alter it. Discuss something that stood out to you this week.
