Next, you will create a detailed plan for enacting change to address discrimination in the selected policy or program, including steps for implementation, a budget, and specific sources for funding. Finally, you will explain how the plan to change the policy or program will be evaluated, including the data necessary for the evaluation and an explanation for how the evaluation data will be collected and managed to maintain ethical integrity. Remember to support all main points, assertions, arguments, conclusions, or recommendations with relevant, credible, and convincing evidence.
