  1. There is good and bad associated with each personality type. the negative impacts of your personality type. Is your daily life affected by the beliefs and behaviors of the personality type identified? Are others around you affected? 
  2. What parts of your personality type would you want to change? Rewrite your identified personality type beliefs to make them more helpful and realistic. Consider if you need a higher level of internal or external locus of control.
  3. What concrete differences would occur in your life if you were to apply these rewritten alternatives, more reasonable beliefs?
  4. What specific decisions and actions can you take to implement these new beliefs?
