In this forum, describe a hypothetical meeting with a client who clearly is under a great deal of stress. First, describe how you think stress can be detrimental to wellness. Choose a "tool" or "tools" in the book to help this client. What tool(s) would you use? Describe the tool(s), including the reference and citation. You will also need to tell how you would use the selected tool(s) to work on this issue of stress.
