A computer company that sells sets and does maintenance has frequent complaints from customers about the bad post purchase service.

Describe a complete Research process that starts from management dilemma about the causes of those complaints. You should follow completely the research process steps and describe all actions taken.

As a researcher, describe the final report that you should submit to the higher management with suggested solutions.
The project report should contain the following:
1- Cover page.
2- Table of contents.
3- Executive summary.

5- Implementation methods.
6- Findings, recommendations, and conclusions.
7- References.
Max of 3000 words are needed.
