The two blocks attached by a massless rope that is strung over a frictionless and massless pulley. The block on the ramp has a mass of 6 kg and the mass hanging by the rope has a mass of 2 kg. The coefficient of static friction is 0.4 and kinetic friction is 0.25, which direction is the blocks moving and are they accelerating? The angle of the ramp with the horizontal is 30o. What is the tension in the rope?
