There are two movie theaters, called A and B, in a small town. The demand for movies in A is QA=14-PA+P, while the demand for movies in B is QB=8-2PB+P where QA is the number of moviegoers (in hundreds) in A, QB is the number of moviegoers (in hundreds) in B, PA is the price of a movie ticket in A, PB is the price of a movie ticket in B. The per-customer cost is $4 for both A and B. The theaters maximize their profit by choosing prices simultaneously.

(a) Derive the best-response function for each theater.

(b) Find the Nash Equilibrium price and profit for each theater.

In a graph below, plot the two best-response functions from (a) and label them as "A's BR" and "B's BR", and then show the NE. (Don't forget to label and show important numbers in the graph.)
