Each person must submit a report (max 8 pages/2000 words + references/tables/diagrams/photos) that critically analyses their component of the design, management, operational management consideration or feasibility component. The report should draw on academic literature, management information and other sources. The report should not merely be a description of the component but should provide critical analysis through the literature suggesting the strengths, weaknesses, omissions or strategies for improvement of the component analysed. If the servicescape/venue organisation is regarded as providing best practice in the area, the report should discuss the criteria that make it an example of best practice. With regards to the feasibility or concept plan, the report should examine the importance of their selected topics, the rationale for why it has been chosen as a critical component and its contribution towards the success of the overall concept.
