Help with Organic Chemistry! I can't seem to figure this problem out! Please explain and thank you in advance!

a) Draw the skeletal structure of the neutral molecule for the condensed formula is PH2CH2CH2COCH3

b) How many understood lone pairs of valence electrons are contained in the molecule for PH2CH2CH2COCH3I tried 1 and 2 and both were wrong.

c) Select the hybridization of the oxygen.
