Question 1: Depending on the organizational structure, the demands on the project manager and attributes that make a project manager effective can vary. Select either special demands on project managers or attributes of an effective project manager identified in week two, and perform an analysis on the degree of applicability of either the demands or attributes depending on the organizational structures used. You are only required to use either demands or attributes, so you don’t have to do both. Include in your analysis the following organizational structures: functional, weak matrixed, balanced matrixed, strong matrixed, projectized and virtual.

Question 2: Consider the “South African Repair Success through Teamwork” case described on page 188 of the book. Assuming that the type of project constraints described in the case became common for the organization, which organizational structure would you recommend for this organization and why? Consider leveraging insights gained from question 1.
