Part-time Sales Executive - 16 to 20 hours/week - Work from home - School Hours

Exodus Wear is a popular School Leavers brand currently searching for a motivated Sales Executive to assist in growing the brand further. We specialise in custom designed and made hoodies, jackets, jerseys, jumpers and baseball jackets for Year 12 students.
The majority of your role consists of presenting our product range at appointments with Year Coordinators, as well as the Jersey Committee. Appointments are booked on your behalf by our telemarketer. After meeting with the school you will work with our Graphic Designer to create visual mock-ups and then follow-up to see whether the school would like to use Exodus Wear for their leavers garments. The rest of your role is made up of a small amount of administrative work processing orders and following up with production to make sure your customer orders are on track. Communication with your customers is key. Following up and touching base via phone will ensure high customer service standards are maintained.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent personal presentation and grooming
- Good phone manner as a lot of communication with your customers will take place on the phone
- Self-motivated. You won't be micromanaged so you will need to manage your day to ensure appointments are attended and other work is fit in between meetings
- Goal orientated. Working in sales means working towards a budget. You have to be driven to not only achieve this budget but also surpass it if you want to earn as much commission as possible
- Computer skills - Gmail, Google Drive, Salesforce, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Currently the main market is high schools which may provide an ideal position for someone looking to work school hours.
- Own car and drivers licence is essential
Further Details:
- 16 to 20 hours per week. We are flexible and willing to work with the right candidate
Recruitment Timeline:
Phone Interviews to be conducted from Tuesday the 6th to Friday the 9th of April. After hours phone interviews are available.
Shortlisted candidates will need to be available for a video interview between the 12th to the 16th of April.
Desired start date is start of mid April. Depending on individual circumstances and availability
