To answer the questions below, select a role in which you are interested, and research that role within the U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Network, also known as O*NET. Although the occupations included within this database do not comprise an exhaustive list, you should be able to find at least a similar role to the one you have selected, if not that title specifically. For each occupation included within O*NET, you will find information about the typical tasks often required of that role, a list of the tools and technology often used within that role, a rundown of the KSAs (knowledge-skills-abilities) that are typically required of someone in that role, examples of typical work activities associated with that role, as well as a review of work styles and work values that often facilitate someone's ability to be successful in that role.
