In this weekly assignment for the remainder of this course you will continue to fine-tune your skills in reflective practice. In this written assignment "My Contributions to Nursing," please reflect on and identify/describe:

1. How you see yourself demonstrating critical thinking skills in everyday life.
2. How you see yourself demonstrating clinical reasoning as a professional nurse. Be specific.

Critical thinking skills in everyday life are capacity or the ability to think clearly and have a rational understanding of the logical connection between ideas. It also involves the ways one learns, such as by observing other personalities, and attitude towards making decisions. The expression of emotion to help and support others as well as having strengths and weaknesses, are also essential aspects of good thinking. For example, when working with a patient as a nurses, I would use critical thinking to assess them by speaking clearly about what I was going to say so the patient could understand what I am trying to explain. Finally, as a human being, everyone should have good critical thinking skills to communicate and get feedback from others so they know the right and wrong for not doing something to hurt other's feelings in real life.

The clinical reasoning used as professional nurse to provide safe and effective care for the patient. Also, as nurses, we have a good responsibility and must understand the patient's decision or processes to meet the needs of their outcome. In order to be a professional nurse, they should know the cues, process the information, and have the ability to solve the patient's problem or situation as apply the solution to their issue.
