Your Task
There are two parts to this activity:

Part A
To create a Slide Deck that demonstrates an understanding of the key concepts of: Breach of Director's Duties and Remedies and Penalties under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) for a Case Study which will be made available in Week 8.

Part B
To create a Video Presentation that demonstrates further understanding and discusses the key concepts of: Breach of Director's Duties and Remedies and Penalties under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) for a Case Study which will be made available in in Week 8.

Learning Outcome 1: Demonstrate the operation of the Australian legal system and how it regulates law governing commercial transactions

Assessment Instructions

To ensure the success of your video presentation, you should take account of the following:
- You are required to appear on the screen and ensure that your voice can be clearly heard.
- Record the video in a quiet location so that background noise and interruptions are minimised.
- Talk to the camera instead of reading notes or your Powerpoint slides.
- Be creative, a good presentation is not just about the content but the way that you present it; and
- Practice numerous times beforehand and/or with a friend so that you are confident.
