JOURNAL 1:
Write a report of 1000 words to demonstrate your understanding of a digital innovations which will affect the selected organisation.
Your report should cover following aspects:
1. Identify the organisation and their organisational strategy. Perform a SWOT or PESTEL analysis to identify a digital innovation in the near future which will affect the organisation.
2. Discuss the digital innovation and the type which will affect the organisation.
3. Discuss how the organisation will be affected by the innovation in terms of processes, procedures, policies and technologies.
4. Identify how this innovation could impact the organisations product and the product lifecycle.

Write a report of 1000 words to demonstrate your understanding of the implementation aspects of digital innovation in the selected organisation/Business.
Your journal should cover following aspects:
1. Use the managerial framework to assess the organisations current digital innovation.
2. Your analysis and justifications of the solutions to the problems, identification of corporate innovation, identified in the first journal through the innovative processes or/and innovative digital information system technologies or a combination.
3. Use the managerial framework to assess the organisations digital innovation after the proposed solutions.
4. Cost benefit, integration, and implementation analyses for the above.
