Assessment - Case Study Report
You are required (individual or as a group with two to four members) to write a report based on the given case study. In this assessment, you need to evaluate business systems and processes and propose innovative solutions for system improvement. You are required to demonstrate your analytical and requirements modelling skills to communicate your findings from the case study and other supporting literature.

In this assessment, your task is to conduct a critical evaluation of the case study concerning the NZ Health Board. Your focus should be on extrapolatingthe insights gained from the case study and make it relevant to the Medical Board of Australia. Part 3: Proposed Plan of Action
The case study explains the events that led up to the selection of the original IT platform and the challenges the project team faced in deciding what to do when the platform did not meet contractual specifications. As a Business Analyst/Consultant, you should review the current literature, including relevant journals, etc., and present ideas with adequate justification to resolve the problems stated in the case study.

Assessment Format
Your responses should be presented in a report format, and the body of the report should incorporate the four-part structure outlined above. In addition, your report should also contain a title page, executive summary, introduction, headers and footers and a summary/conclusion of your evaluation.
